Brigit Wolz Ph. D., psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, created one of the first online sites that focused on cinema therapy. And, she did a fabulous job. It's a wonderful site full of resources on how cinema therapy works, information on choosing a movie based on your mood and guidelines for watching movies. She also teaches online courses for professionals. Well worth the visit.

There are very few resources on the net that explain acupuncture with any depth. This blog is from a practicing acupuncturist so it adds a different dimension.

There's pretty much everything you want to know about acupuncture. It also illustrates where the meridans are located on the body and includes a "find-an-acupuncturist".

The site provides free and paid versions of a personalized report to help you interpret the results. Pretty cool if you ask me...of course, she's a colleague of mine...but she never paid me to say that!
