This is an excellent list of natural herbal remedies for depression. I also like that Naturopathic Physician Dr. Nicole Sundene, strongly discourages mixing natural remedies with pharmaceuticals.

Of course I'm a big fan...she lays it down on the line with how depression cannot be "cured" by drugs or herbal remedies. They help only if you continue to take them. The real solution she says, is therapy.

"The Mayor" as he likes to refer to himself, has created an enormous hand-picked directory, packed with useful links. Like anyone who takes pride in their endeavours, he was discerning in his selection of websites. Categories range from abuse and survival and relationships to New Age and the world's fair guide. Brigit Wolz Ph. D., psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, created one of the first online sites that focused on cinema therapy. And, she did a fabulous job. It's a wonderful site full of resources on how cinema therapy works, information on choosing a movie based on your mood and guidelines for watching movies. She also teaches online courses for professionals. Well worth the visit.
