Go Ask Alice was one of the first online sources of user-friendly information on health topics. I like their section on relationships which includes questions from hundreds of students over the years.

It's actually maintained by Columbia University and was started to help their students. It's organized under relelvant topics in a "question and answer" format that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. You'll find topics on things you'll immediately find useful (e.g. relationship boosters) to things you might never thought about like, "Roommate masturbates every night"...well, we all have our problems, eh.

And, it's free to submit a question - you don't have to be a student. If they think it's relevant and it hasn't been covered enough, they'll post it. There's also a section on Sexuality.

Nutrients - as opposed to supplements - are covered in this reference site that covers pretty well every nutrient you're going to run across. Among them, all the vitamins and minerals (Vitamin A, B's, C, D, E, K, Calcium, Zinc, Copper etc.) Yes, you might be able to tell from the site name, this is another great reference site by Mike Adams.

Mike Adams has done it again. If you want to research some sources on the supplement you're taking, check it out here. What's covered? Supplements like Acidophilus, Evening Primrose Oil, Royal Jelly and Spirulina are among them.

Mike seems to be a pretty passionate guy whose interests lies in helping consumers find holistic solutions to health problems. He's done an amazing amount of work.

Meg, the author of this site, seems to be a prolific writer of psychology and social science. I don't normally like to recommend a site when I don't know the individual's full name and background. For some reason, Meg's chosen to keep that part of her life private. Nonetheless, I have found her articles noteworthy and easily digestible. Definitely worth a visit.
